We LOVE Indian food! It is one of our favorite choices when we go out to eat and Taste Of India is a great restaurant just a few miles from our house. When we are craving Indian, but can’t make it out, we make it at home. This is one of the easiest, most delicious meals I make when we are in a hurry. It requires one pot and almost everything comes out of the pantry. It is so close to the real deal from Taste of India and very healthy too!
1 jar of Target’s Archer Farms Tikka Masala simmer sauce
1 can of chick peas
1 can of diced potatos
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 cup of frozen peas
1 package of Naan ( I actually found a whole grain version at Wal-Mart)
Throw everything into a large stock pot and bring to a low boil then turn down to simmer for 15-20 minutes. Warm the Naan bread in a pan. Then eat!
